V160 Gearbox noise. Help needed please.

Hi all,

Hope someone can help me with figuring out whats wrong with the gearbox on my supra. I recently changed the flywheel & clutch (standard Toyota parts). Ive driven the car for about 50 miles or so & its been great. Also i replaced the tripod bushes for some solid steel ones also.

On the Sunday just gone, I drove to work. When I got into the car park I noticed a vibration through the gear lever & a sound which I can only describe as a empty power steering pump noise. I thought Id check the power steering just incase if it leaked out & sending a vibration through the shifter due to the bushes being solid now, but all seems well.

I did have a very small leak in the gearbox through the selector seal which was replaced but I forgot to check the level. other than low gearbox oil has anyone any possible Idea what it could be??

thanks

Ozy.
