Mika
Genuine TRD Type S spoiler does have the plastic clips.
SupraTRD_MK4
like Mika mentioned that and the section where you can angle the spoiler at has steel plates with holes in them for better securing I guess.
John GT
Just following up on this, did you manage to find a part number for these or a substitute? Wanted to fit mine without the screws. I'd imagine there quite common on all models of car but finding the correct size is tricky
Jellybean
No, tried a few, still have one of the original ones, just matched as best I could in a motor factor's Going to get some counter sunk black nuts and rubber rivet nuts No idea on size, I am thinking M3X20, trial and error

Andrew K
I used these push gromets to attach my end caps on my TRD spoiler, not sure if they are exactly the same as your after but worked really well. Got these at my mates body shop and they are just a common universal fitting.
Jellybean
Thanks Look similar to what I got , mine did not fit great as the End cap tapers off , does not sit completely flush ; the quality of the plastic grommet is not great Will try the Stainless black countersunk bolts with rubber grommet rivet nuts , look better
