Jellybean
Hey I am going to install my single kit myself , just want to create a thread for Questions as I go First Q , how do you wire in the Boost Solenoid (MAC) , I read you run off the first VSV (Blue Plug)? Twin Gate Plumbing Correct? Edited October 16, 2018 by Jellybean (see edit history)
Mike2JZ
The factory wastegate VSV controller is the blue VSV as follows: Assuming you are using a P&P ecu that uses this VSV's wiring for boost control, then you need to cut the plug end off, and wire the two wires to your 3 port boost controller. It does not matter what the orientation of the wires are

Jellybean
In terms of downpipe, manifold heat control Is Zircotec, wrapping, both or leave as is, have any implications?
Hemanhead
In terms of downpipe, manifold heat control Is Zircotec, wrapping, both or leave as is, have any implications? /QUOTE] I only have my downpipe wrapped and a turbo blanket, never seen any issues with temps or hotstarts. I suppose the more heat you keep in the system the more potential performance, but it's also alot more heat for the turbo to deal with. Upto you I guess.
