All authorised test stations should have a calibrated Decelerometer which can be used to test the brakes. The vehicle hand book would state how to perform the brake test". My car is single turbo now so that one will not fit. The 2nd cat as in the long cat in middle is all you need to pass emmisions just put that one in.
