Is this Genuine UK Spec Supra

The engine is very probably a uk spec one, so i guess that stands the rest of the car in good stead. It has the attachment for the snorkel on it, that cools the turbos, it'd be pretty unlikely that it has been retrofitted.

Good spot that

Could possibly be a reshelled uk into a jdm donor shell though, albeit unlikely

can someone help with VIN? i have vin number can message.

Message me and I will have a look and do my best.

The diff in the footwell isn’t a Uk big case.

It was 100% on fb and it was abroad it said it had been taken apart and not finished and the story also matches scout the missing parts, even the picture is the same (the one on the cobbles in front of the gate)

The interior should be ivory carpet and seats as far as I know they never came black with black interior.

It shouts be careful unless it’s cheap

Dunk can you send it on to me, I don't have anything with that first reg date on the database apart from a red manual.

I actually spoke to the guy, apparently it had a respray due to acid all over the car.

And he said all that wants doing is the front to be rebuilt again with a few parts.

But he said he has 10 cars and doesn't have the time to complete it.

He kept saying to me its a £35k-40k car once complete lol - with only 3-5k needing to be spent onit.

But you have to ask why hasn't he completed it himself if the return is that great (which it's not) sounds a bit fishy ????

£5k would probably not cover half the missing parts that you can see are missing.

Recovering a working a/c would take nearly £2k in parts as the pipework is discontinued so would need fabricating. Then the ABS is absent so are the sensors still there and working, that lot could be another £2k. Then the inter-cooler and oil cooler, there is another £1k+ using non OEM parts. Looks wiring and fuses light. Then if you want an air box with pipework and shrouds and ducting, well thats probably going to be £1k. Then there is the radiator, have to be a non OE one there. Fuses, igniter, charcoal canisters, inter cooler ducting - there is another £2k or so. Front lights, you'd be looking at another £1k there. Front bumper and paint, thats got to be another £1k. Battery and tray, thats not going to cost loads. Looks like no exhaust to, if you need cats and exhaust to get to stock thats minimum £1k spend buying second hand. The engine loom, they are expensive if you can still get them, probably another £500 if you can get one secondhand.

This all assumes no labour beyond your own endeavours.

It’s been abroad so that explains the lack of mot history and the paint looks fresh so it was probally a silver car with black leather.

It’s a very strange one though!

How does that explain it having reg changes and new owners, unless that info i found is incorrect
