I'm going to pull my intake manifold off soon to clean it and freshen up the bits, thought it would be a good idea to replace the fuel lines while I'm in there. anyone know what size the fuel lines are? I need to order the right size from the states.. pretty sure the parts stores here in Germany don't typically sell that stuff. any ideas for other things that i should replace while I'm at it? will most likely order gaskets, MAYBE O-rings for the injectors. evinX Posted September 10, 2018 Share Posted September 10, 2018 I measured my new ones when i got them, i dont have any super duper high tech micrometeres, but this is what i got. Id go with Kunifer pipe to as it dosent rust, can also be used for brake lines. German tech so id be suprised if you couldnt get it locally from performance/ brake specialists. MAINLINE FITTINGS: MALE M14X1.5 FLARED FLARE: INVERTED OUTER DIAMETER: 8MM RETURN LINE FLARE: BUBBLE OUTER DIAMETER: 8MM CANISTER LINE FLARE: BUBBLE OUTER DIAMETER: 6/7MM Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have'nt pulled the intake manifold off yet, is it all hard lined or is there a section of rubber/fuel hose that ties it all together like most other cars??
