Guest Supra Doopa
I was just wondering how far you can travel for each £10 worth of petrol in your Twin Turbo and Non Turbo supra's tank? I dont mean how far you can go on £10 untill you've got no juice, but how far is each £10 segment in the tank gonna take you? Is there much difference between the non and tt? Marty
yup mines a twin turbo, i had a xr2i which had a heavily breathed on turbo lump in it, running about 220brake, that used to do about 35miles to a 10er, and chew plugs
Pig
well fill up about £70 between 220 - 280 miles. So average 250 divided by 7 35 miles. ouch. How do you get so many miles. do i need to look at a new o2 sensor? p.s im now decat yet like my sig says cause part didnt come. so that will make things worse than they are now

The car has so many extras its costing stupid money to buy fuel and run it as the car is really heavy. Im paying a fortune for a slower than standard car. Better off buying somthing nicer

How do you get so many miles. maybe my right foot isnt as heavy as yours lol also depends if you do mostly 'start stop' drivin, that eats the motion lotion. its quite rural round my end so dont do much starting and stoppin like the city boys on here
Pig
i have managed nearly 300 this time. but thats basically never using the turbo's apart from beating my first M3 YES!!!!
Marty
good effort is yours an auto? they do drink more jungle juice than manuals, apparently. supra doopa...your much better off with a supe looks better, and you dont have to worry about the reliability problems either the turbo fords i had needed clutches, gearboxes, plugs etc, i was always spendin £s here and there, ive had my supra a year and a half now, and never had to spend money on repairs....just mods
monkey76364
I get around 300 miles for £60-£65 in the N/A but it all depends on how you drive. If you thrash it of course you will get less than motorway driving at 70 !!! But who wants to do that especialy when you get egged on to race lol and im always putting a tenner in (when its nearly pay day ) lol

gregsupra4
Sorry to sound a bit of a git but since junking the twins and going single I now get around 320 miles to a full tank. But there is the other dark side to this, if I keep my boot down I can see the tank empty in less than 170 miles but what MAD FUN !!!!!!! RedM
Did nearly 320 miles on £50 a couple of weeks back. Was amazed. Car ahd been serviced just days before though. Wonder if that made much of a difference.
