Help Rear Diff

As Scooter said or you can put the internals from that in to yours. Personally it would strip the lot and rebuild using new OEM parts from Toyota.

Whilst apart it would also give you the opportunity to give the important parts a DCT treatment for extra strength/longevity.

Update to this thread, finally! :) i work at snails pace on most jobs unfortunaley :(

I've had the crown wheel and final drive pinion removed from the Lexus SC430 Diff, now the big question.... is this the correct one?

The only identifying marks on each part, crown wheel 0040524Y (Last 3 letters or numbers are hard to make out) Final drive pinion 0405251 (Really clear)

Number of teeth on the crown wheel is 49

Number of teeth on final drive pinion is 15

My simple maths 49 dvided into 15 = 3.266666666666667

Picture attached, it's a 200mm crown wheel as well, can anyone tell me if this will fit in a Supra N\A small case diff?

My current Diff "A01A - 4.083:1; small case 200mm; open"

Hi Phil.

As both Scooter and myself said above, it will fit. You just need to strip your diff with the A01B & 4.083 swap ratios then put it back inside.
