Unfortunately I have to put up my beloved Supra for sale as an opportunity has come up that I simply cant refuse. As you all know UK Spec Supra prices are on the rise and even the autos are becoming harder to find. Car is in very good condition. Look stunning in red with the tan leather seats and carpet.

MOT till June 2019

I have owned it since April 2016 and have done around 600 miles in 2.5 years

The car is now totally back to STOCK. Well I only have the stereo left to do.

Car was restored back in 2013 at a cost of just under £6k – Have a look at:

http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=294432

The intercooler was also replaced in 2013 with a Whifbitz SMIC.

I have lots and lots of receipts, old MOT’s, invoices. There are no error messages on the dash and everything works perfectly. By all means contact Little Num for his view.

Calipers were refurbed in 2013

Cambelt done in 2014 at 92184 miles

Diff oil cooler changed in 2006 at 64483 miles

New brake disks front and rear in 2007 at 71801 miles

New lower suspension arms and drop links in 2008 at 79956 miles

New radiator fitted in 2011 at 88561 miles

New rear shock absorbers on 2009 at 84527 miles

Bad bits:

Slight mark on drivers side door mirror

Passenger side rear quarter glass needs polishing

2nd cat is missing

Brake/dust shields could do with replacing in the near future if you want them mint. They are fine as they are but a bit rusty thats all.

Pictures are from a few years ago but it looks exactly the same now. I will update with recent pictures as soon as I finish removing the stereo and reinstalling the UK glass headlights in the next couple of days.

Will also get it valeted and update details of tyres and tread depth. Will also check if there any other marks on vehicle.

PRICE - £19,000 ono

I wouldn't take an offer buddy! 19k seems like a good price to me matey! But it depends on how quick you want to get rid of it! This isn't going to hang around though!

It’s a tough one. But thanks for the advice.

Its always a difficult call I know I have turned offers down on items in the past to regret it and accept the same amount months later.

Is the prospective buyer ready to go with cash as that always speaks for itself rather than the old I will now go and sell my car to buy this one sinario. Some car sales are like selling houses these days where the chain falls apart its so annoying.

I'll put it out there it was me that went to view the car yesterday and levelled an offer. Cash wedge in pocket ready to leave a good deposit but although I made what I felt was a fair and reasonable offer it wasn't a deal clincher bite your hand off offer and then there was still bits to be taken off and put back onto the car to get it back more to stock that its was left parting ways to have a little think on the offer. 24 hours later it's safe to assume I'm not going to be the car buyer.

Lee is a really genuine seller and even went as far to arrange to get it up on a ramp at a nearby garage. It's a good car and it also has, in Supra terms, a really big history file. The thing with a sale, anything is only worth what someone with their face in front of you is prepared to pay and after inspection it didn't have me thinking I'd be stupid not to to part with £19k of my own money. For anyone on the look out for a UK Auto TT it's well worth a viewing. If anyone intends taking the journey over and would like an impartial on the car ahead of that feel free to ask.

Thanks for the offer by the way. Sorry I didn’t have time to get back to you today. Short staffed. To be fair it was a decent offer which I needed more time to think about. Not to worry. And thanks for the kind comment.

Yeah but £16.5k is a joke.

The car is a beauty and fully worth the asking price. I'm tempted to buy it, it's a great investment and a prime verified example.

You reveal your interest in the sale by revealing the price I offered. Amongst gentlemen these things are usually kept confidential.

My offer was a very serious one and is apparently the highest Lee has received even after a prior listing on eBay and a sale is only ever as good as the money that exchanges hands. I do think it'd be a good buy for you, I know Lee will be happy to take a £19k discount on your car as part of a Supra car swap, he did actually mention you were thinking of taking it as a part-ex. A car sales chain is never ideal for any seller or buyer so I was surprised when he said he had to run my offer past you first. A car swap plus cash could be a sensible way forward then you can decide whether you wish to keep the TT Auto or move it on. That would seem sensible to me rather than have people bid the owner then need to await the nod from you.

That's only because I said to Lee to take his time and not sell for short money. I'm in no rush to receive the cash and he deserves a fair price. It's not really a chain, it's simply me allowing a good bloke some flexibility.

I could of easily said "yes" to Lee in taking your low offer but the only winner here would be you. Now the car is back to stock it will without a doubt gain additional interest and nett close to the asking price.

Put your money where your mouth is then Greg and buy/px it.

It’s been for sale over 2 weeks I don’t think 16.5k is a bad offer tbh as the rear brake dust guards are expensive and if it needs those there will be fare more parts needed to bring it up to the expected level.

Defend him and his offer all you want in your pleasant little duo. I have other priorities right now and have other ideas where I want to invest the full money thanks, but part ex is potentially still an option.

Parts don't have to be had new you know that. It is worth more than that fact. And also get your facts straight it has only recently been advertised as full stock.

Anyway let's keep it on topic rather than you two trying to bash the seller and price down.
