Parksy
Having had quotes from everywhere (including Sky). The cheapest I could get it for was £980 fully comp. However on Friday I was given a number by the guy I was buying y Supe from. Thought it was worth a try. The company is Lancaster insurance. They can be found here http://www.lancaster-ins.co.uk/ Because my car is more than 10 years old it qualifys for there classic car policy. Only downside to it is that unlike mst policys you are no longer insured to drive others cars third party (made no difference to me having a company car really). The good thing was though they knocked of nearly £300 off the cheapest quote I have had so far!! Including an agreeded settlement figure on right off AND announcing all the modifications to it (exhaust, induction kit, bodykit etc). Worth a try for anyone looking at a renewal

Parksy
It is restricted to 6000 miles a year. I'm 28, have 7 yrs NCB, but they did say they ignore anything over 5yrs NCB anyway.

Parksy
With most companys you have max discount at 5 years NCB (60-65% or so depending on the company). Even though they ask how many years you have, 5 years or 15 years really equates to the same % of discount with most insurance firms. lockys96
do they do a 7000 mile classic poilcy, do u know what there mileage goes up to?
Parksy
Give em a bell fella. They did give me the choice of mileage. I tried to go for a 4000 mile policy and they said the minimum they could drop to on the classic policy was 6k, so by minimum i'm guessing you can up this further
