Jellybean
Hey Might need to refresh the block , I am looking at off the shelf prebuilt blocks for quick turn around Does the Supra have a matching serial number on the Factory block to the car or is it just 2jzgte cast stamp? If you can associate the block to the car, I would rather get my block built and keep the car as original as posible
Dnk
Copied from another post on here As you stand at the front of the car, the engine number is on the right hand side, towards the front of the block near the sump. Its got the engine code 2JZ cast, then below that a row of numbers. Edited August 4, 2018 by Dnk (see edit history)
mwilkinson
Given your car is a genuine TRD3000GT I would definitely keep the original block at all costs. Edited August 4, 2018 by mwilkinson (see edit history)

evinX
Yea defo keep the engine. Unless you can afford to get an off the shelf engine fitted and by all means dont sell the old one and have it rebuilt later on. 2 engines. Cant go wrong. If you can afford to that is.
