Top rad hose size

There's a few things I want to tidy up in the engine bay and one of these is the top rad hose. I have a hard pipe and 2 connectors. I'm happy with the hard pipe but want 2 new connectors as the current ones look pretty tired. Where do I need to Be looking and what size? Would prefer a matte black OEM look as opposed to blue or shiny.

 

Also, while I'm here, what size hoses do I need for the vac/vsv lines? I remember seeing a thread with all the sizes and a good place to buy but can't find it.

 

Finally, is there anything I can do to neaten up my throttle cable? The black plastic coating is all perished and falling off it.
