Frank Bullitt
No 6 speed That is strange, I believe those fault codes are for the auto box.
Scooter
Does this thread (or the linked thread within it) help? http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?61679-Error-code-63-amp-64 It does seem to indicate autobox stuff. Is the code you are reading from the flashing engine warning light or flashing slip/OD light?
Scooter
Your VIN definitely says V160 on it not A340?
jza800
Yes vin says v160. It is the slip con off that blinks the code. When i takes tc and e1 i can flash the code out, as same way as you do engine truble code.
Scooter
The trouble is as previously mentioned by Frank the link points towards errors with the solenoid valves in the autobox. If you have a manual and it looks like it is from the factory (tiny chance of an auto loom/engine swap before you got it?) then I wonder if there is a unused plug from the loom and that somehow (time corrosion etc) this is throwing a message even though not used. Reading that is sound like nonsense but the errors you are getting don't seem to fit in with a manual car!?
jza800
Hmm if you look at this thread Ian c mention error code 63 und 64 as wheel sensor rear???

Frank Bullitt
Resurrect. I just found a load of service manual PDFs out there on that thar interweb. They cover the facelift Supra as well, to a point. And while perusing I found that the ABS and TRAC ECu error codes have a 63 and 64: 63 Right rear speed sensor circuit 64 Left rear speed sensor circuit "When the brake switch is OFF, one of the symmetrical wheels’ speed becomes one eight or less of the slowest speed of other 3 wheels continuously for 10 sec. or more." I think that translates as one wheel appears to be going markedly slower than the other three for 10s or more. The fix is basically to check the wiring, connectors and sensors. I'll get the PDFs uploaded at some point -Ian You have your answer then
