rider
Try female terminal crimp pins. Denso make them, various sizes.
rider
This is the sort of thing you want. there are two sizes for pins on the a/c controller so you need to figure out what size you are after. Or try talking to Denso Europe, they do field email enquiries.

Jellybean
Yeah I've bought pin and tails before from toyota via TCB parts. Burna , I presume they come with Pins ; you crimp the broken tails with a Heat Shrink Insulated Butt Wire Crimp Connector
Burna
Burna , I presume they come with Pins ; you crimp the broken tails with a Heat Shrink Insulated Butt Wire Crimp Connector I ordered from TCB the Toyota male and female wires that come with the pins already crimped on the end. I don't like using crimp connectors personally, so I always solder wire to wire and heat shrink on the outside after Edited May 15, 2018 by Burna (see edit history)

Burna
Cool , might solder and heat shrink , its a bit tight in there for Butt connectors I had the same, it was when I was wiring up my Lexus wheel to use the flappy paddles, made up my own little loom with a new plug from Toyota so I could connect it to the Supra clock spring. Not much room behind the airbag at all! Don't want to do that exercise again anytime soon! lol
Chris Wilson
Raychem makes some beautiful tiny crimp connectors. Adhesive lined, but need a special crimping tool. I use them all the time, so much better than the standard size red ones, which are too bulky for many applications..
