John Bercow and his Private Secretary "bullying".

His ex Private Secretary Angus Sinclair comes across as a a bit of a Mr. Humphrey from "Are you being Served" and doesn't seem to exude the robust demeanour of an ex military man. But by breaching a none disclosure payment acceptance from circa 2010 he unfortunately joins the likes of American porn actresses and others similarly disposed to having their dignity bought, then coming back for another hand out aiety.

Not that I am a fan of Bercow or his tawdry, legs akimbo wife, they are an embarrassment to the House and to this country.

I am curious as to what legal redress is available to someone who pays a none disclosure fee to a person, who then reneges upon it and goes public?

Breach of contract, I suppose. The creator of the contract would need to pursue the NDA signatory through the civil courts. The payment would need to be documented in the NDA - no under-the-counter payments.

I think John Bercow is a good speaker. He seems to be adept at controlling the rabble.

A bit like "Stormy" Daniels - they probably figure they can make more money in publicity that will dwarf the penalty fine.

Nobody has any ethics these days. Money, money, money money!

Prince Harry?

:D

More allegations against Bercow, this time from the former Black Rod:

This changes things somewhat. Leakey's words carry significant weight IMO. What would he gain from making the accusations if they're false? He could sell his story to the papers, but he doesn't seem like the kind of guy to do so.
