Dnk
Had the Aviva envelope arrive this morning and seeing as the BMW is up in June i thought i'd let them see what they can do. With Esure at the moment and last year was £245 fully comp, Aviva online quote very easy to use and £173 for the same cover

Dnk
Sorting out my Range Rovers insurance now It's with AF at the moment but the agreed value is a piss take, non agreed value policy £470 then an extra £15 to get it onto an agreed value £30k policy. Non agreed value policies elsewhere but all the same info i can get as low as £200 !!!!! I called AF to tell them i wasn't hugely impressed
Annabella
Heh, I quibbled my policy renewal with LV today, gone upto £157, even though ins supposed to be coming down. Upped the agreed value to £6k raises it to £165. Think I might renew
Dnk
AF have emailed me a fresh quote, now at £370 + £15 to get agreed value, going the right way but still too much imo
Dnk
I tracked down a previous broker i used to use on the Supra, Jason Livingstone of Livingstone Warman Ins brokers, now part of the Higos group They were always good on my Supra so i've sent them a few photos of the RR during and after the restoration along with what we did including new parts fitted etc etc We'll see what they can do
Tyson
Let me know where you end up going Dunk as he Supra is due now and Lancaster are refusing to give me a decent agreed value on the Supra so looking to move. Might try Sky again ... Anyone know any insurers who understand the current Supra market and have a decent agreed value ?

Might try Sky again ... Anyone know any insurers who understand the current Supra market and have a decent agreed value ? Adrian Flux might be worth a try, my Range Rover is currently with them and had no problem getting the agreed value at £30k Previous year with Admiral again with £30k agreed value, the only catch with them i had to send them adverts showing similar cars up for sale which there are/were a few of We'll see how i get on with Jason and i'll post up when i get an answer, he's not in the office till Tuesday

Think depends on modifications and mileage and work etc.

Dnk
I went back to Higos today and got to speak to Jason Livingstone, we had a good chat about Supras etc and he's looking into what he can do today so we'll see, apologised for the foul up
Dnk
Jason ex LWIB now Higo couldn't beat AF's deal so after messing around with several other brokers i'm sticking with AF Could still be worth a try though, my biggest stumbling block was not being garaged
Dnk
So Aviva didn't like my non BMW alloy wheels and upped the price, i went back to Esure who i'm with now who also upped their renewal to £240. I've just been on moneysupermarket insurance site and Esure with raised mileage & wheels declared is £209 even though when speaking to them direct on the phone they couldn't do it any cheaper than £240....go figure
SupraAyf
I might look at getting the Supey-Doop on the road as my new Toyota Aygo just doesn't have the punch I'm after. I'm sure the insurance quotes for my car will be interesting and quite variable between companies.
