Hey guys I'm just looking at picking some bits for my NA which I am planning to either gte swap or na-t.

I haven't yet decided which it's going to be I would love to go gte but I think it might be to expensive these days :( .

Anyway does anyone know if this is a decent ECU as i know someone selling one for £260.

Doing a proper NA-T build is going to cost you at least the same if not more than dropping in a supra GTE engine & wiring loom.

HKS F-Con IS is capable of running NA-T but you will need to take it to an FCON authorized dealer/tuner in order to get the tuning done. So this may limit your choices on where you can get the ECU tuned depending on where you are in the country.

Cheers and I'm in the Midlands will it work with a gte or just a na-t.

My thinking is if I go na-t I know how this engine has been treated to an extent but if I was to go gte I could spend the money on an engine and it go bang not long later

One more thing are the Aristo engines inferior to a supra one

Go NA-T ..you’ll spend £3k on a GTE and then another £800-£1500 going BPU and you’re at 400bhp. If you want more you’ll have to take the twins out and buy a single turbo kit anyway.

I would use that money to buy a single turbo kit for the n/a with TT headgasket or build it according to your power goals

Are you manual or auto?

If you mean the F10 M5 (507bhp V10) then you want around 500 to see it off ‘easily’. I was in a friends 375bhp na-t at 0.5bar and he gapped a B8 RS4 twice (08 plate V8 ones). Now thats mapped to 430bhp at 10psi and pulled slowly away from an M4

What’s useable will be down to your drivetrain and suspension set up
