Mgrene
I did it on my old Supra and I’m going to do it on my new Supra. The job is a nightmare and takes ages. Any tips or tricks that will ease the job?
Kendo11
Rectangular tub, decent rubber gloves and a mixture of bleach and brake fluid. Leave them soaking over night, then rub off the day after using a mixture of cloths, sponges, a rubber or plastic scraper and lots of elbow grease. Ric
cheap asda dish cloths (quite textured) and rub brakefluid on neat. It will simply wipe off.
rider
There is a painted red facia set on eBay at the moment. You could repaint that and probably sell your stock items for much more. The eBay set are from a RHD auto. Edited January 18, 2018 by rider (see edit history)
Mk4Gaz
Get yourself a bottle of acetone, some cheap microfibre clothes, and latex gloves. I've done numerous panels over the years, and did an auto shifter surround last weekend in about 10 minutes.
