goldenvtr
Seen information that the ls400 3.2 open diff is a straight swap for my small case a01b. But I cant find any info if it's possible to make it a torsen using my a01b internals. Essentially making a 3.2 torsen. (For my bmw swapped trans) Anyone got any experiance in this? I don't have the space in my garage at the moment to drop my diff off and experiment. Rowlze
Don't suppose you have the part no. of the Lexus diff you brought? I seem to have purchased the wrong one as the ring is thinner than the Supra ring
Iky
Did the backlash change much when you put it together? I gather if the ring gear is changed, then the backlash would now be out?
Ecosteve
This is exactly what I wanted to read when i came on tne forum today . I have the 420G also and find the ratios way too small. Going single turbo soon and want it to actually build boost. Thanks for the great info

Going single turbo soon and want it to actually build boost. Thanks for the great info Same! Car is the garage now having the 420G installed, but when its back I need to change the diff at some point as the 4.1 ratio isnt the best when going turboooooo, 3.7 or 3.2 would be ideal

Ecosteve
Does the ls400 diff bolt directly into the Supra? Same shafts and prop etc. Or do you put parts into The supra case? What power are you running through your diff? Thanks man
