suprana
Hi guys, Just bought supra non turbo manual yesterday, turbo kit was with car. Attached photos what is included in turbo kit. Intercooler is already mounted on car. It looks like xs turbo kit, but not 100% sure. I'm not expert in mechanical things, but I suppose what I am missing is clutch? as I believe stock clutch won't be able to cope with increased power. My aim would be to get 350bhp, I'm I missing anything else? And would there be anyone who could do drive in drive out service (turbo kit fitted, new clutch fitted, ecu, remap etc.)? and what kind of price I'm looking at? Dave_Batch
That's xspower Mani and probably turbo but the oil.lines are better then xspower stuff, be kinda hard to get a garage to fit it all as its not actually a true bolt on kit... But at the same time not exactly rocket science! There's loads of write ups on here that can walk you through it all yourself though! Good luck with it, i used a xspower kit and its been brilliant! Made 454bhp at 12psi! Also if your going to go for it then ill find a useful link...
Dave_Batch
Here you go, u need to be a paid member if you arent already, but it gives all the different variations the na-t guys have used and the power output they achieved with each! Gives you a good understanding of what works anx what doesnt! http://www.mkiv.co.uk/vbb/showthread.php?296560-NA-T-Spec-Thread
suprana
I would love to do it myself, but first I don't have garage, not even a space, don't have any tools and most importantly I just know basic stuff, would like someone that is more experienced to do it for me.
