WayneW
Hello I ve to change the oil pump of a friend's tt6 supra. His front crankshaft seal is leaking so this is the opportunity to change the (theoreticaly) 23 years old oil pump! Our aim is to get the Supra to à ~600ps single turbo conversion in the futur. Do we need to put smth other than à new oem one or ? Ps : waterpump will also be changed for a stock one. Also ok ? Cheers !
Tricky-Ricky
If the front main seal is leaking its a sure sign the oil pump is worn, so changing it is the best idea, its also a good idea to open out the size of the drain hole behind the seal in the pump case, offhand i cant remember the size but there will be an extensive write up on the problem by me, if you search for it.
