Changing from adjustale BLITZ coilovers to the bilstein/eibach combo : is it worth ?

I got the opportunity to sell my coilovers and would like to buy the bilstein/eibach combo.

 

Is it worth ?

 

I would like to have a nice street car, function over form

I had the Bilstein/Eibach combo on my Supra and it's 100 times better now that I've got Meister R GT-1 coilovers on. The ride before was rock solid; now it handles better and is almost as comfortable as my IS250. If I were you, I'd go and get a ride in a Supra that has the combo you're after before you spend any money.

I too had the Bilstein / Eibach setup. Whilst the ride was ok, much prefer the ride and set up options on the HSD Monopro that now replaces them. Maybe its partly down to the age of the OE Bilsteins?

 

Unless your really unhappy with the coilovers, wouldn't bother imho

Good point, the ones I took off were 20 years old. As a disclaimer on the handling claim, I also had a cusco 1.5 way diff installed at the same time.

I could sell them and buying some OEM bilstein and eibach springs with the money...

 

I had these on one imported supra and they were quite comfy... from what i remember.

 

I'll put them on my current sup next summer and will take a decision !
