Singapore Supra Posted September 28, 2005 Share Posted September 28, 2005 hi guys, i noticed a loud rattling noise from the underside of my car when idiling. but it goes off when i depress the clutch. i cant go into 2nd gear at high revs as well.(could be the synchros?) i have a triple plate clutch, i think its OS Giken, cos the pressure plate is gold in colour. what could be the problem? thanks.... SimonB Posted September 28, 2005 Share Posted September 28, 2005 The rattle will be because you have a lightweight flywheel, which is not damped like the standard one.
