Cleaning and polishing exhaust

I need to clean up my Carbon Ti before I sell it on. What is the best process to get the dirt/grime off and then to polish it up without scratching it and leaving swirls everywhere?

I don't have a rotary polisher so all will need to be done by hand.... if possible

Thanks all for the replies, it looks like I'll go for some Autosol

Coca Cola and a household scouring pad/sponge

Although I do like this as it seems less scratchy!! :D

For those asking on a price, I'd want £300 for it, although I need to get the bracket welded back together

I also have a Nur Spec R that I should really sell on

I have Autosol, Kleers and Meguiars metal polish. I still think the best by far for tougher stains/watermarks/light abrasions is Autosol so I woukd go with that. Kleers is excellent too but doesn't have as much cutting compound so only really good for lighter surface marks going by experience polishing damn polished rims!
