JODY T
I saw these for sale a while back but I cannot remember where! Anyone have any idea where I can get a set Regards JodyT

jackso11
I have been looking but can't find them. Also, can you actually get them for an auto as the gear light will be in the way of the 10k rev. Counter
Big Mark
http://www.metal-monkey.co.uk/ will do them for you and you can customise them if you wish.
mwilkinson
Are their copies metal with the film backing or a proper translucent plastic?
Big Mark
Metal with the backing in the colour of your choice. Quality is spot on
Style
It's a while back now but I heard they stopped doing the TRD ones specifically as they were having issues with copyright or something? Maybe they've since found a way round it
jackso11
Problem with the metal ones is the coloured film you stick on the back of them peels up at the edges over the years. Mine have white bits where the film has peeled. Also my rev counter sticks because the face is pushed up a but where the film has peeled up. I am looking for the proper plastic ones with TRD on them, guessing you are too Jody T?
Iky
Stu Hagen from the F.B groups can do them but he's in the U.S. I'm thinking about getting some from him.

jackso11
I messaged him about them the other day, very pricey but it's not just the faces he does, he recalibtates.I'll get his reply and post it back.
jackso11
Just read though his reply as I can't copy it for some reason, really long with loads of info of things he does with prices. TRD faces are basically $100 per dial and revs are not accurate on standard 8k motors as they go up to 10k.
Noz
I can get these for £135 shipped.
mwilkinson
I like the fact he can calibrate them. That's a real bonus as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn't want 10k revs on the dial, just the stock figures in a TRD format.
jackso11
You need to send him your clocks, he will make and calibrate them for $425 and they will look like this....
jackso11
Think I might go for them. This is what he told me he can do for $425...
jackso11
Install micro PCB Red LEDs under each needle. Install 60 5630 LEDs inside for illumination. Requires a lot of fabrication tho. Especially to the under face clear plastic mounts
Ric
Poor pics i know, but metal monkey TRD style gauges (8k still at the same place) so it's not out. Think dials were around 70-80 and the dials are lit with Hecklers PCBs which he used to sell.
JODY T
Does anyone know anyone in the uk that can calibrate them, so does Anyone have the pcb board diagram of the trd dials so I could make a set that work correctly by changing the components to copy the original trd? Rob W
Got mine done by Metal Monkeys, £132.75 delivered custom design and font. Impressed with the quality, only problem was they done the "D" in the same style as the "R" which I didn't notice till I fitted them.
jackso11
The problem with the metal monkey ones is because the numbers and letters are cut out of metal instead of printed on plastic the 'D' and anything else with a centre piece like '0' has got to have bits joining the middle to the outside, hence the 'D' being the wrong style. Still do look good though.
