Al Massey
Got your proof of the above as well Yeah, when it happened I was like, damn.....
Al Massey
That was very satisfying to see, but my favourite scene for dialogue had to be the walk out beyond the wall to get the undead. Hilarious. Not only satisfying, but the acting was great. You could see that littlefinger didn't even once think this was a possibility and he had never thought about getting out of it. Could see the panic and then fear kicking in then turning to desperation. Was a great scene. And yeah, the walk out from the wall was classic. There's a great spoof with that scene to the A team opening credits. It's funny.
j_jza80
walk out beyond the wall to get the undead. Which has to top the all time worst ideas in TV history. Something i suspect they are all going to regret big time next season.
el_bandido
Sad to see Littlefinger go, simply because Aiden Gillen's acting was absolutely fantastic; an excellent way to go though. I loved how it was the other side of the coin to Ned Stark's death; Ned died an honourable man in a dishonourable place, Littlefinger died a dishonourable man in an honourable place, both because they didn't understand their environment. Very interested to see what happens with Jaime Lannister next season, he's one of my favourites and I firmly believe he will be the one to kill Cersi. Not entirely sure what Tyrion is up to, I think there is a reason we didn't see the conversation he had with Cersi, so I'm wondering if he will flip at some point. Also nice to see The Hound and Brienne bonding over Arya, particularly given their history. Clegane has been another of my favourites for character development, it's testament to his redemption that he no longer holds grudges (aside from his brother). What I really want to know is whether Daario will be leading the golden company against the Targaryens when they get on screen. It's also going to be interesting to see what happens if Jaime Lannister goes to Winterfell and reunites with Bran.
Pete
I was confused by the bit where Cersi seemed to give the nod for the mountain to kill Jaime, but he didn't?
Style
I was confused by the bit where Cersi seemed to give the nod for the mountain to kill Jaime, but he didn't? I got the feeling the nod was similar to cocking a gun. One last show of intent before Jaime called her bluff

I don't believe we've seen the Golden Company yet.
el_bandido
Yeah, I was just wondering if that would be how the show does the "treason for gold" part of her prophecy. Could be an interesting twist. They have changed plenty more of the book story to suit the show.
Al Massey
They have changed plenty more of the book story to suit the show. Don't you mean since the books aren't finished so they had to make it up for the show?

The Hound is my favourite, his harshness and constant cursing makes me laugh. Like when that Lannister Soldier asked him what was in the box.... lmao

el_bandido
Don't you mean since the books aren't finished so they had to make it up for the show? No, I don't. Plenty of changes have been made from the source material before the show surpassed the book story.
Al Massey
No, I don't. Plenty of changes have been made from the source material before the show surpassed the book story. I don't even know when that was. I've only just recently got in GOT.
