Chris Wilson Posted August 20, 2017 Share Posted August 20, 2017 A while ago I successfully set up e-mail client The Bat! to work with my new GMAIL account as well as my old "normal" POP3 e-mail account with a different ISP (Zen Internet UK). All worked fine for some months but in the last few days when TB! polls the GMAIL server I get the error window in this link: http://www.gatesgarth.com/root.jpg Can someone more knowledgeable than I suggest what's happening and how to solve it please? The scene came to me when I saw Chris had a file called Boris on his desktop. I was too subtle (or downright vague) with my first post. Perhaps Chris you might want to just show a screen shot the error rather than whole desktop? - wouldn't want you having idiots like me gaining insights they shouldn't etc about you and your data. Personal data, GDPR, cyber liability, hackers etc Can't help with the actual problem but I'm following the thread because I get similar issues some times.
