Ok well after her 2nd accident the other week we have been thinking about making another claim (have to try and get some cash out of them). What do you all think about trying for secondary whiplash as her 1st accident was only 4 weeks before this recent one, is it worth a shot ..or will they mess up the 1st claim saying it was caused by the 2nd accident??? and thank god we are just waiting for the cheque for £2100 for the Polo that we got for free in the 1st place so upon something any way Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

monkey76364 Posted September 27, 2005 Author Share Posted September 27, 2005 Yeah !!! ... She has seen the doc on both occasions and seen thir doc last week for the 1st accident and claim. And she has been told that her knee will need physio as she bashed that pretty bad too and there is bad tissue damage.
