Slotted Jspec rear discs

They are nearly all of Asian origin and based on cheap castings made from melted down Rickshaws and bicycles, so don't expect quality, and be aware slotted discs chew up pads and can be noisy. Slotted and "drilled" discs on race cars are considered sacrificial and may give a minutely better bite time in the wet. On a road car consider them style items.

I agree with Chris, i so badly wanted slotted discs when i went for my big brake conversion because they look awesome hands down, but after speaking to alot of people and gathering advise, it soon becomes obvious slotted discs are actually worse than 'solid' discs. Id just buy OEM toyota, play it safe.

I have ebay discs on the back of mine. Branded Mtec. No complaints as such. Mine are just drilled https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170809/049296ee51421c75cf564db75c3ef7c7.jpg

Same here front and back.

For J-Spec and road use they're absolutely fine. No extra noise or dirt.

For Uk Spec or anything high performance I'd go OEM. But for J-Spec the eBay M-Tec are absolutely fine.
