Dnk
Just having look on Autotrader to see where abouts my 2004 E46 is price wise Autotraders car value says £4270 for a private sale, i'm thinking its worth more than that with sub 68k miles and in the condition its in. muckyman
if it were me, I would be looking at similar cars actually for sale (spec & miles) on PistonHeads and Autotrader to gauge a market price, rather than relying on Autotraders 'valuation'....... rider
Use webuyanycar and double the price. Any Supra TT6 would then be worth £900.
jamesmark
Is Autotrader price not like the price insurance quotes provide, not market value but trade in value. I noticed this with Insurance as valued a few cars recently whilst getting insurance quotes from a lot of suppliers and they all when inserting the reg use the stated trade in value as current market value. Which is a bit cheeky as you (not always) will be able to pick up same care at trade in values.

Putting my car details on confused.com the value automatically entered was £4900 which is about what i think its worth

Gaz6002
Use Parkers for car valuations. The pricing is aimed at what consumers should actually pay for their cars.

Dnk
EH, would probably like to make couple of grand moving it on. I'm pretty sure i'll get £5k for it so in no rush to give the trade £2k for a quick sale, i have free adverts on PH so i suffer no pain in advert costs
