Whats the name of the plastic inside the front bumber infront of the wheels?

Hey!

 

As title, finally sourced an OEM front but I want the plastic parts infront of the wheels as my oil cooler is placed there.

 

Splash guard? Didn't seem to be it looking at the pic i found...
