Burna
http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?343617-SupraPod-2017-21st-October-at-Santa-Pod&p=4229453&viewfull=1#post4229453 All bookings up to date, and also spot allocations have been changed as to enable the club to fill the event. More spots opened up to non member drift, as your fellow club member Pig is keen to fill the drifting side of the event. Also more allocations have been allotted to non member drag racing, as our friends over at Battalion30five are hungry to give the Supra's a challenge on the day

Chris Bailey
It's worth noting to anyone who is drag racing that if you're vehicle goes over 110mph you'll need a helmet, otherwise they won't let you race. So if you think your vehicle was achieve 110+mph be sure to take a helmet otherwise your racing day could be cut short. Also Burna, is it ok to strip cars out before racing? Such as taking rear seats out etc?
Soopra
I've already taken my back seat out...

Style
110+ is pretty much BPU levels isn't it? I have no idea what speeds I'll be hitting so better get one to be sure, thanks Chris
ShawnPreece
110+ is pretty much BPU levels isn't it? I have no idea what speeds I'll be hitting so better get one to be sure, thanks Chris Its very borderline yeah, my old BPU that I took was running 380bhp so a little less than a lot of BPU'd Supra's and my finishing speed was 108mph so I was just ok
Chris Bailey
Yeah BPU cars can hit 110+mph, dads old BPU spec was doing 110/111mph at Suprapod a few years ago.
mattdavies
Do you know what the requirement for a helmet is ? can it be open face etc ?
Chris Bailey
Do you know what the requirement for a helmet is ? can it be open face etc ? Not 100% sure to be honest, I don't see why an open face helmet would be an issue. But probably worth reading the terms and conditions of RWYB days on Santa Pod's website or get in contact with them.
