AC93
Just do all your normal checks, have a read of the 'What to check when buying a Supra' guide on here
rider
The add reads like I'm a trader but trying desperately to pretend I'm not by giving the stupidest reason possible for a short ownership of I cannot get insurance. Begs the question who drove the car to where it is now? Doesn't give me a warm fuzzy cared for feeling.
Ric
The seller has pictures of loads of cars on his facebook. Porsches, Evo's, Astras, Corsas, Scoobies, Gt4's, Skylines. Did he struggle to insure all those?

biff_31
Turns out it was genuine, the only reason why it was cheaper than usual is because the interior needed ripping out and replacing, dodgy electrics and botch body work on the underside, engine and the drive was good tho! Just needs a lot Of money putting into it!
Annabella
Ooooh gather you bought it as the gumtree ad has gone?
Harps
I'm glad the ad stated its 'not evo,BMW,skyline,sti,Audi,s3,st,van,escort,wrx' I'd have been confused otherwise!
rider
It's back up on Gumtree, new lower price too. Though the write up suggests otherwise. Still. if you have so many cars to sell it must be hard to keep track. And, its definitely not a van. https://www.gumtree.com/p/toyota/£9400-swap-twin-turbo-supra-3.0-jap-import-rwd-not-evo-sti-skyline-escort-pulsar-van-forged-bmw/1251054991
