Sheefa
Hi all My Syvecs TC isn't working (hasn't actually worked since upgrades) and believe fault is with the ABS system. Occasionally I'll start up car and ABS light comes on and doesn't clear. However, if I turn it off and start car again it clears fully. I need to do some datalogging to check wheel speed against driven speed as advised by Lee P. Is there a guide to fault finding ABS, sorry can't find it through searching. Any other tips appreciated. Burna
I'd imagine Greg the only way to test if they are working will be to measure the pulse signal they are outputting. You are going to need an oscilloscope, but I know a man who has a simple home made one that could do the job Have a chat with Rich (TrickTT). Wez
Easiest way is prob the same way Lee instructed, fire up sCal, connect to your ECU and add a gauge for each wheel speed input and see if they work. Failing that you can setup logging, go for a drive and pull the logs.
ripped_fear
I have the work shop guides and it shows how to pull abs codes. But if your aftermarket ecu I'm not sure it will work

I'll do that just wasn't sure if there was another option whilst car is stationary so I can pull codes now and see if there's any immediate errors. Thank you. Wez
If you didnt want to go for a drive you could jack it up and spin the wheel by hand to see if they are working, its much easier to go for a drive though and test all sensors at once
