This in your face build has a one off wide body was built to house the massive 19x10 and 20x13 HRE 790R wheels with a charcoal center and black lip wrapped in 275/30/19 and 355/30/20 Michelin tires. The wide body was created from scratch using all metal construction before molds were and the kit bonded together. The rear bumper and side skirts and fenders are molded to together to give the car ultra-smooth body lines unlike any other Supra. With the body work complete, the engine bay was also shaved and smoothed before multiple coats of House of Kolors Candy Apple Green paint were applied. The body kit and paintjob were completed by Samuels Autobody in Sanford known for their award-winning bodywork on MKIVs. An original Carbon Fiber Top Secret hood, Rod Millen rear wing and Carbon Fiber Formula mirrors round out the exterior. The power plant of this vehicle is based off a brand new Toyota 2JZ-GTE short block with a fully refreshed cylinder head and Precision 60/62 turbo. A Titan Motorsports twin pump fuel system paired with FIC 1,000cc injectors and a Titan Motorsports street intake manifold makes helped keep the engine well fueled while providing plenty of headroom for a larger turbocharger should the new owner desire more horsepower. The engine bay has been treated to several Titan Motorsports supporting modifications including the Big boy intercooler, cam gears, ATI crank damper and Tilton Master cylinder kit. The vast majority of the engine accessories have been polished delivering great contrast against the candy apple green shaved engine bay. The car is equipped with an original V160 6spd transmission with power being delivered through a Clutch Masters 850 Twin disk clutch kit. The car is currently optimized for street use and produces a reliable 610hp on pump gas after careful tuning of the Haltech Sport 200 ECU by Darin D. The interior is comprised of a welded in 6-point custom roll bar that is color matched to the exterior along with some of the interior plastics. Seating is provided by a pair of Sparco Torino Seats with a Titan Motorsports rear seat delete. The cars handling has been improved with Tein flex coilovers allowing for adjustable dampening and ride and an AP Racing big brake kit combined with NA rear calipers to allow a 15” drag package to be used in the rear. A masterpiece widebody 6 speed Supra with looks to kill, this car is currently listed at an asking price of $59,500. An exceptional value with over $150k originally invested, it is currently titled in Montanta and will be 50 state legal thanks to the 25-year rule in less than 2 years. Crazy to think back to that time and the difficulty they were having trying to sell it. Would be snapped up nowadays as he wasn't asking silly money back then from memory?! Think I preferred the red.
