MBA-Supra11
Hello all. My Supra's car alarm has started to go off a lot recently for no apparent reason. The only way to get it to shut up is to take out the fuse or disconnect the battery. The fob locks and unlocks the car fine but the car alarm won't respond to it and unlocking the doors and locking it with the key still wont help. Any ideas to what to check and test? Scooter
The original UK alarms are notorious for giving up (can't really blame them after this long!) but it can often be a case of fitting a more modern one. See below for possible help searching for "castle" can help as there is a castle key you 'should' have to at least turn off the alarm. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?21860-Alarm-Problem&highlight=castle+key
