ripped_fear
Looking to take my other half on a short break abroad next friday-monday for her birthday (i know I'm cutting it fine). Been planning on Costa brava as we have been before and enjoyed it, its a short flight, can fly from Bournmouth and its cheap......or was..... Been keeping my eye on prices, and at its best was stupid cheap at 80 each for flights, the last week has been fluctuating around 120 (again ok), but at the time couldn't book due to a house move, well the dates for that went tits up so holiday can be booked now, and the price has short up this afternoon to just shy of 200 each! SODS LAW Anyone got any advice on good websites I may be able to book though, been though basically the first two pages of google, all the regulars and pricing it up booking it all individually. Having never done a last minuet thing before should I expect the flights to drop again or just continue to rise? Any help appreciated! Cheers J
BoGlE
Delete your history and cookies. They know how many times you've visited the site and they hike the price. Maybe not that much but it's worth a try

peter richards
plus the kids were off last week prices normally go up for that
stevie_b
Pound fell in value last night, so depending on how the airlines etc do their pricing, the price to you could well have risen a bit more (the effect will be less than supply/demand fluctuation though). Burna
I use sky scanner, keeps you updated on price rises or falls with emails or alerts. It's sometimes cheaper to book a last minute package deal for cheaper than the flights alone, then if you have a certain hotel where you really want to stay, book that separate and don't use the hotel you got part of the package deal, if all that makes sense lol Oh and Jake, I'll come down south and stay at yours while you're away, 2 for 1 holiday for us all! That's a good point but as you say doesn't account for quite that much I use sky scanner, keeps you updated on price rises or falls with emails or alerts. Thanks mate yeah Skyscanner is my go to for checking and it's currently 197 each. To much for this type of small trip imo. Your welcome to come look after the house but you will have to look after the collection of pets still want to? Didn't think so

ripped_fear
What about Bristol - Malaga fri - mon £108 That may work. Depending on flight times. The reason I was looking at Costa brava was the flights enable us to.make use of both travel days too. We only loose a chunk of Friday. Do you have a link?
