Quiet exhaust for BPU?

Hi all,

in just over a week I will be picking up my TT Supra from Jurgen.

Its completely OEM and I'll be running that way for a short period of time before going BPU (maybe only a month or so, and likely getting done by Whifbitz).

Any recommendations on exhaust options for BPU? (any experience on noise levels on the exhausts Whifbitz offer?)

I don't want something loud all the time. Quiet for normal driving with a bit of noise on WOT is fine.

cheers

Michael

When I have purchased cars from JM including a couple of Supras I take advantage of the JM workshop and get the work done before I pick up, they BPU'd my TT for me ready for pick up

As for the exhaust, again JM will be able to advise, supply and fit I am sure

Ive got a tanabe touring medallion which is quiet but i have a boost activated butterfly valve installed which makes it straight pipe above 1bar of boost.. quiet when cruising along and loud as f##k when putting your foot down :)

I had a similar set up with an active silencer in an apexi exhaust on my MR2 Turbo. It was great!

Many thanks to all for the pointers, and I'll do some youtube searches also.

Gotta love this forum and the very quick & helpful responses

:)
