squiffy
I paid £250 each for the 2 I've bought although that was about 4 years ago
JackyBoi
If it has the optional LSD (Torsen) I'd say at least £300 in fully working order
SupraLEDrears
I paid 250 for mine too
Frank Bullitt
Assuming it's the whole pumpkin without shafts or prop and all teeth are in good condition £300-350 would be about right. I paid the top end of that for mine but bought it from a known source.

Looks like I have lost out the job was £480 If it was a big case we're talking at least double the cost of a small case. Should tell the customer that the diff isn't enough payment! berg
You sure you guys arent confusing it for the A01B I sold my A01B (LSD found in n/a etc) for £330 last year The A02B from the TT autos is a bit more sought after and tend to fetch a bit more than a 1B does, ive seen a few sell for around the £400 mark just lately

berg
Thats what makes it more sought after, and there are less of them about I changed from a A01b to a A02B purely for ratios
Frank Bullitt
Does the auto ratio suit the R154 box better than the manual ratio?
berg
Its all down to preference really, in an ideal world the n/a diff would probably suit it better as gears in the R154 are looong so it helps with that But personally i prefer my R154 with the auto diff, same ratio as the chaser that my gearbox came from, and helps with RPM's at motorway speeds that bit better My speedo was very inacurate with the manual diff also
blythmrk
Hi all thank you for replies I really did try to get a big case out of him but non were available! I will be selling a JDM big case diff B03B when i have decided if I am using the standard lsd or the TRD one I have I really thought the A02B's were around £500 ish but as I said I will wait for it to arrive and take it from there. If all is ok I will contact those interested at that time but it's at least 2 months away! I have tried getting some decent tank guards out of him too but again they are thin on the ground in Japan. Thanks
