Nic
The Supra (all models) came with 2 options of brakes on the front and rear. The larger brakes are 4 pot on the front and 2 pot on the rear, the smaller ones are 2 pot on the front and 1 pot on the rear. The majority of the NA Supras will have the smaller size brakes as standard, although the larger brakes are retro fitted alot and were also available as an option. Best thing to do is to post photos of your front and rear calipers and of the brake pads you have bought, so we can identify what brakes you have and what brakes the pads are for.
