Transmission fluid

Whyever not?

 

Because there are too many polymers/additives that apparently coagulate if not able to adhere to places that need it/havent already got a coating, within the autobox.

If it hasn't been changed for years and years then I think it's fine, but changing all of it regularly does more harm than good. 2 litre drain and swap is the advisory. There is a thread on here somewhere about it, here:

dont think anything had been changed looking at the colour of what came out , plus i had the expert guidance of david p, fair play to the man he gave me all the info i needed to do the fluid changes.

gear select was cluncky before now nice and smooth

Expert guidance is what I'm after as its not as simple as just changing a rad is there a how to change your radiator on the forum I follow instructions very well
