Not sure on the economics of that one; spend money invading a barren wasteland, then pick up the healthcare bill for Glasgow when we win?

 

99% certain I saw a documentary about this at the cinema a few years ago anyway, I think it was called Doomsday.

Philip is retiring, for want of a better word.

 

Given how opposed the Queen is to abdications (not a true abdication, but an abdication of duty in this case), I can only assume it means that his health is declining pretty rapidly.

Whilst I will endeavour to keep up his tradition of politically incorrect remarks to all and sundry, especailly the sundry, it will be hard to beat some of his better ones.

 

A few decent suits and a title might give me more street cred, I may apply to the palace....
