Where to buy an air intake pipe

Right now I am looking for a new air intake pipe which should have a breather Tank Connection.

 

Where do you Guys buy that stuff? Online or manufacture them on your own? Or is there the Option to buy an Aluminium Adapter Pipe which has the breather Connection included?
