supraGZaerotop
The auto TT is epic. Ive had 2 tt gz aerotops since 2008. So nice to drive and in good order imo are a little quicker than a manual car, kill most things off the lights anyway. Its down to what you want i suppose. Both epic. supraGZaerotop
Just in the wet cruising up the motorway or any fast road. In the wet be careful and dont be tempted bury the loud peddle because you will most likely have a mid motorway drift Edited April 2, 2017 by supraGZaerotop (see edit history)
scorling
I had a TT6 for six years and have had an auto TT for the last seven years, both started stock and then upgraded to BPU. Different driving styles may lead some to prefer one over the other but to describe the auto has horrible to drive is absurd, as is to say that nothing happens when you put your foot down. Perhaps you had your foot on the wrong pedal. I don't know how the 0-60 times are for each type, or other acceleration comparisons, but in my limited experience (100,000 + miles) of driving both I doubt there is much difference.
