jamesmark Posted March 22, 2017 Share Posted March 22, 2017 The way a will is formatted, although saying that there is no definitive way a will should be written (I think), you should clearly mark the date and that this will supersedes all other wills prior to this date. And your 2 witness signatures who cannot be beneficiaries or executors counter sign it. You could get them to sign the date then the rest of the will. Yes shred the other ones. At your time of life, probably a power of attorney would be something to seriously consider.
