Big Mark
Car is having a total rebuild at present and spotted that some of the fuel and brake lines may need changing as some corrosion spotted. I've read about Kunifer piping but does anyone know what size I'd need for brake line, what fittings and how many. Same for fuel lines, tho everything in the engine bay is going to be Teflon lined AN-6 braided hose so do I use the same under the car to the tank too, or Kunifer? Big Mark
New brake lines brought and fitted last week from Toyota. Has to be shipped from Belgium. Didn't bother with the fuel lines as these would come from Japan and not arrive until mid/late Feb. So just about to order AN-6 braided line and fittings. mwilkinson
Do you mind me asking the price of the brake lines?
Big Mark
For my pre-facelift I needed the 2 long lines under the car and the one rear line, plus the connector. Initial quite was £170+ but got a discount when I collected to just over £150. If you have a facelift car it'll be cheaper as you only have one long line under the car and then it T's off to each rear brake.
