Chris Wilson
I spent yesterday making jigs and tooling to repair snapped off bolts in UK calipers, the bolts that hold the two caliper halves together, and which are not even listed by Toyota. Being an odd metric fine thread in peculiarly long lengths I have to do some clever stuff to enable these to be economically repaired. if you do snap a bolt off DO NOT attempt to get it out yourself, it's almost certain to end in disaster. Contact me and I should be able to help you out! The common reasons for trouble with these are corrosion and previous blasting leaving blast media down the female thread holes which lock the bolts solid. Chris Wilson
So long as no one has tried to fiddle with them post the bolt snapping I'll see what I can do. Do you want the thing assembling, if so send the other half.
