Guest Headrush

think this guy is clocking his mileage back or has 2 sets of Clocks from 2007 the mot reads 60,000 miles now 2017 is 63,234 miles so in like 10 years hes done that low mileage yet he states he does 3 -4 k a year it hasent even done that in the last 10 years

The mileage is definitely not clocked the odometer stopped working not long after I bought the car so it doesn't go up very much, and I stupidly never got round to fixing it so giving the mileage I've done in nearly all my cars it's more of a guess it would be on 110k now, I've only done just over 2k in my s5 in a year and a half

And who would be daft enough to clock a car back to the mileage 10 years ago doesn't make sense, I'm being honest saying it'll be about 110k I'm not trying to sell it at 62k the mot history kinda proves I do very little miles it's only failed on minor things.

I'm not sure 60k, 100k or 140k matters on a 20+ year old car. I have a 52 year old car with 38k on the clock, could be 38k, 138k, 238k. When cars get old its the condition and maintenance fastidiousness that matters not a few LEDs than may have been tampered with or may not.

Bump no one interested

Have you had anyone view yet? I would have thought with a £15k price tag there would have been at least some interest by now. Piston Heads is maybe a site you should advertise that you don't appear to have tried yet. The more specialist cars seem to congregate on there and keen priced ones don't usually hang around too long. Failing that, Keron is after any and all cars.

Give it time man, it's only been advertised a month :D Just wait for some good weather

Gone are they days where these cars could be afforded by those chavy urchins with little to no money, now sales take a little longer as potential owners are finding it difficult to come to terms with the new pricing :)

2 weeks on autotrader over 6000 views one phone call 3 times on ebay didn't even make 13k in bids quite a few offers of 12k 12.5k 13.k think 14k was the highest offer which I didn't take but maybe I should have, it's also been on Facebook supra sites for a few weeks with not much luck, I'm really reluctant to let it go so cheap.
