Frank Bullitt
Welcome 7-8K is a really healthy budget for an NA, there is a really tasty one for sale in the classifieds on here for 6K in 1A1 colour and an aerotop. Well worth a gander here.

Frank Bullitt
thanks, that looks really nice but im trying to find a white one which isnt easy That is because of the Paul Walker connection for which you will also pay a premium! The car in the link is a steal at 6K (under priced) and 1A1 is an extremely rare OEM colour. You would be silly stupid not to pick it up even in the interim until your ideal one pops up. Prices are only going one way at the moment, which I am sure you know if you have been looking at these cars. It's an ideal investment that will make money as soon as it's bought. Al Massey
Honestly, you'll be silly not to get the aerotop for £6k! It's silly cheap. You'll be waiting a long long time for a white NA manual

Frank Bullitt
Nothing wrong with the autos, can't believe people are still snobs about this Are you wanting a 5 speed or 6 speed?

matt hands
not the supra in form yet, but i have driven auto before and didnt like the feel of it
Al Massey
I'll be switching from my 6 speed to auto soon. Manuals are great, but so is the auto. Just plant the foot and let the car do the rest
matt hands
yer that is true but you only have to drop a gear and you have power
Frank Bullitt
not the supra in form yet, but i have driven auto before and didnt like the feel of it Supra autos aren't like normal autos, you should ask if any members local to you could take you out in a manual & auto so you can make an informed decision. yer that is true but you only have to drop a gear and you have power As you would in manual mode on an auto. trevorc
Two taps on the accelerator and I'm down a gear and off to the top of the rev range in my Supra auto
matt hands
i may have to put a post up soon and see if anyone is near my area, thanks for the idea, may be a silly question but are autos more expensive to repair if something go's wrong? samm
Which part of Essex are you from matt?
Al Massey
As said, quick tap down on the accelerator and it drops a gear. And auto gearboxes are cheaper than manuals. Auto Supra's are generally cheaper. The auto in a supra is outstanding Do a search on here and you'll see many who back the auto and prefer it over the manual

Chris Bailey
750bhp flappy paddle over here in Essex! Surprices most people and kills 95% of cars on the road... Auto ftw!
