JackyBoi
I'll try to keep it short... basically I haven't been using my Supra recently nearly as much as I used to, and I think it's maybe time to get a different car. No idea what, but that's partially because I'm not sure what the Supra is realistically worth at the moment. Some key points about the car: - 2001 TT6 RZ-S imported from Japan - 1 previous owner - Around 54,000 miles (unconfirmed - was switched from KPH to MPH during import) - Japanese and English service history/MOT's - Receipts from all work carried out by Whifbitz, DI Racing etc - MOT until 20/01/2018 - Includes 'V9 SUP' private plate worth £250 Some honest points about the car: - Paint has a few minor marks/scratches and one dent - The map needs to be sorted out (ideally deleted and then remapped from new) - The current diff is an open diff as the Torsen broke - Rip in the fabric on the underside of the bonnet And a painfully large spec list just so there's nothing left blank: ENGINE Stock VVTi short block and head ARP headstuds -12AN breathers Whifbitz oil catch tank New TRD engine mounts w/ brackets New high tension front crank seal New OEM crank pulley New OEM cam cover seal New OEM cam seals New OEM oil pump New OEM water pump New OEM timing belt HKS SSQV BOV TRD oil cap Carbon spark plug cover Carbon bonnet dampers Billet rad brackets TURBOCHARGING & INDUCTION BL Borg Warner S366 .91 A/R divided T4 turbo with billet wheel & high flow housing Driftmotion -4AN turbo oil line feed Powerhouse Racing -10AN turbo oil drain DEI Fire Wrap 3000 for oil drain DEI Heat Sheath for oil feed Heavily modified eBay manifold; braced, re-welded & removed slag 2 x Turbosmart 38mm Ultragates 2 x screamer pipes (heat wrapped) 4" SS down pipe (heat wrapped) 4" polished intake pipe 4" K&N air filter Whifbitz 4" front mount intercooler with custom piping FUEL, TUNING & ECU Syvecs S6GP ECU w/ launch control, traction control, anti-lag Asnu 850cc injectors Whifbitz fuel rail + fitting kit Walbro 450lph fuel pump Fuelab 535 FPR Fuel pressure gauge EXHAUST 4" turbo-back straight pipe custom made from grade 316 stainless steel 4" flexi pipe Full decat 4" back box with a 3" inlet Bosch LSU 4.9 wideband DRIVETRAIN V161 Getrag 6 speed Spec Street Clutch Stage 2+ Spec Flywheel 6 speed Toyota V161 gearbox oil 2L's SUSPENSION, WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES BC Racing adjustable coilovers 19" Work Emotion D9R - 19x10.5 et30 rear, 19x9.5 et38 front Michelin Pilot Super Sport rear tyres in 295/35/19 Pirelli P-zero front tyres in 255/35/19 UK front calipers, discs and pads Jspec rear calipers, discs and pads Braided brake lines INTERIOR & ICE Pioneer Double-Din Headunit Vibe 6" speakers all-round AEM AFR gauge Turbosmart 2 bar boost gauge Recaro drivers seat Momo Mod 07 steering wheel Carbon dash inlay EXTERIOR Toyota 040 super white Stock front bumper RMM type 2 polyurethane front lip Blitz (modified) side skirts OEM rear bumper Veilside spats (modified) TRD Half-Carbon spoiler Window tints Fog mod 'Turbo' badge I'm pretty sure that's everything off the top of my head. Supraleeturbo
From what I've seen mate I'd say 26-28k mate
Parry_10
28k lol absolutely no chance. 20k is reasonable and still probably wouldnt sell Edited March 5, 2017 by Parry_10 (see edit history)
j_jza80
Tough one to price, as on the one hand it was a genuine factory VVTi TT6, and has some decent branded parts on it. But it obviously needs work, the mapping especially may put people off, as may the reworked ebay manifold. I'd probably say £18k in its current condition, get the niggles sorted and you could ask quite a bit more.

I'd give you £2k all day long Really nice car mate glws best colour Hmm that is an extremely tempting offer [emoji848] thanks buddy still not 100% sure though From what I've seen mate I'd say 26-28k mate I would have thought 26-28k is silly money for a modified one! Maybe if it was totally stock, unmolested and lived in a garage all it's life, but that certainly isn't the case 28k lol absolutely no chance. 20k is reasonable and still probably wouldnt sell I was thinking around 20k to be honest but I just wasn't sure. I paid 15k for this car (stock) back in 2014 Tough one to price, as on the one hand it was a genuine factory VVTi TT6, and has some decent branded parts on it. But it obviously needs work, the mapping especially may put people off, as may the reworked ebay manifold. I'd probably say £18k in its current condition, get the niggles sorted and you could ask quite a bit more. I've been thinking the same myself - spend that bit of money getting every little issue sorted then sell it as mint as it can be. 20k would be a very nice sum to put towards a new car, decisions decisions. Thanks for the input
Supraleeturbo
I agree with this. £28k is ridiculous! /QUOTE] From going by the red one for sale being up for 26k then with this sorted out with a diff ect why not ? When I ask for a value on mine people was saying up to 26k and that was over a year ago just my 2 cents
Mk4Gaz
I know of an immaculate black 6sp single, that's recently been bought for £19k. And a TT6 being imported, with circa 50k miles on it - again for £19k. People aren't going to pay the best part of 30 grand for a supra, unless it's something pretty special! Chris Bailey
At the end of the day it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it! Simple as that.
j_jza80
I know of an immaculate black 6sp single, that's recently been bought for £19k. What's the spec though? Big difference between a single turbo using a piggyback and an eBay turbo kit, to one using branded parts and a decent full standalone ecu set up. Mk4Gaz
Phillip Tuong (214supra) has just bought it. Was owned by one of the original members on here, and has been dry stored for 9 years. High quality parts, and when I say it's mint, it's mint!

JasonR24
£22k minimum. I don't get why people are trying to devalue the car, I challenge anyone try and import one for less that is single turbo
